We coordinate and escort tours for many groups and companies in and around Abilene. We make all the arrangements, transportation, hotels, activities and meals. In addition, we can also assist in getting equipment for groups that require transportation only.

We can also coordinate and escort tours for groups and companies in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex area as Gus is a full-time driver for a company located in Grand Prairie. We charter all our coaches through this company, even for our groups here in West Texas.

A little background: Doris has been coordinating and escorting tours since 1990. Gus has been driving a motorcoach since 1978 and retired from Greyhound. Prior to our present career field, we both spent many years in the hospitality industry; specifically hotel and restaurant management with both of us working our way up from entry level. Customer comfort and satisfaction are very important to us.
